Iced espresso shake made with colostrum, chaga root, hazelnut creamer, and a double shot from my Breville. It gets that creamy texture from the powders.
Ingredients
• Double shot of espresso (I use my Breville)
• 1 tsp colostrum powder
• ½ tsp chaga root powder
• Hazelnut creamer (or any you like – I use a splash)
• Ice
Instructions
Brew your double shot of espresso and let it cool slightly.
In a shaker or blender, add ice, colostrum, chaga, and espresso.
Add your hazelnut creamer and optional sweetener.
Shake vigorously (or blend for 10 sec) until creamy and frothy.
Pour over more ice if desired. Sip slow.
